I just set-up 2 e mail accounts on a new Bold 9700 - GMail and Outlook.

The BIS server is connected and a few e mails came in from each inbox - but that's it - just 3-4 e mails for each mail box.

How come the other e mails haven't reached my device? What do I need to do to get them on to the device?

I have tried sending the service books a few times, and the messages are making it to the device.

I appreciate any help that can help me resolve the issue.

What does "Manage Connections > Service Status" say? Look at the Connection line (there are three of them).They should say "Mobile Network." If not, pull the battery and reboot.

That should fix it.

I says:

"Mobile Voice:
Connection: Mobile Network

BIS
Connection: Mobile Network"

I am not sure what the third one you are referring to is - I don't have BES.
