I have recently set up blackberry's on BIS they have an outlook exchange server so emails are syncing fine however they do not have the option to sync contacts and calendars which I thought would do so OTA,

Am i dreaming this worked or has anything changed recently that stops this??

Welcome to the forums!

It does work on BIS... For Yahoo!, Gmail and Hotmail (some one will have to confirm Outlook.com) accounts. But not for Hosted Exchange servers. You'd need BES for that.
