    I signed up with WINDmobile not too long ago, and I had some trouble activating my BIS account on the computer. However, shortly after I was prompted to activate through my BB and I successfully added all my emails and all.

    However, I still cannot login from a computer, I can only do it through my BB. It's not a huge issue since i don't even know what I'm missing out on, but does anyone have a solution?

    Requesting password and all (sending it to BB) does nothing, I get no message.

    You really needed to set up the BIS account on the computer first. Call tech support and they can reset the account for you.
