    For a couple of days now, BIS will act strangely for several hours a day.

    Only about 60% of BIS messages get delivered, not in order. And the other will get delivered at random in a "whenever they want" kinda way.

    Anyone having issues?

    BIS must be out in my neck of the woods. I haven't had service since 9pm. Anybody know for sure? I'm in PA.

    I'm having push issues and issues with BBM. It seems to be something up with the API

    It definitely comes and goes though.
