BIS Account Reset-- Help Please

Hey guys i have a blackberry that i bought off ebay etc...

The phone works fine and is connected to my service provider. The internet and bbm work fine but i CANNOT set up my email account.

It seems that the blackberry is already registered to the previous users account and it is not allowing me to setup any of my email accounts.

I know that technically i can call my provider and ask them to reset it but right now i am on hold with them and am abroad using an international sim card.
Is there any way i can reset the BIS account online?? :confused:

Unless you have the log in information to access the bis account, you will not be able to change it. The provider will have to delete it so you can create one.

Do you know what sort of info they require in order to reset the BIS?
Can i call any carrier to do it or does it have to be one that im signed up with?

The carrier you are with and they will need the IMEI number for the phone.

you will probablly have better luck contacting the seller, and asking them to call their carrier to de-register the PIN from their BIS account...
