    I'm sorry if this was discussed. I used bing search preloaded on my z10 and started having issues with it saying page not found. So I went on snap and downloaded their version and it seems to work great. Is there an advantage to the preloaded search or not?

    What Bing search was preloaded on your Z10? AFAIK there is only a shortcut to Bing.com for the browser.

    I had a bing search app preloaded on my phone when I got it. It must be a Verizon thing

    The icon in my photo is just a shortcut to the website. When I tap on it, it opens the browser.

    The new one does. The one preloaded was just a black square and said bing in it. I think it was a Verizon thing. The one from snap looks like yours and it works great. I guess I'll just delete the old one. It worked great until a couple months ago.
