    Been to many retail shops in US but this was by far the best Z10 sales experience. BlackBerry had given a free Z10 to the sales guy and he flawlessly showed me feature of z10's one after another...told me that he was extremely happy with the phone.
    That's what BlackBerry needs to do give a free Z10 to atleast 1 sales guy at every retail shop in US and get him hooked onto it...Thoughts?

    Yup. Sounds like BlackBerry is letting the phone stand on its own awesome merits at minimal cost to their bottom line.

    I had a similar experience a few days before the att release. One of the guys at best buy mobile had been using one for a week or so and he went off about how much he lived it... Definitely caught me by surprise, haha. I told him to keep the enthusiasm going

    At one of the T-Mobile I went earlier they had given sales girl free ticket to Alicia Keys show in Chicago and she seemed pretty upbeat about Z10 as well.. i think these are very well spend marketing dollars on carrier sales force.

    Even though AT&T gets pretty negative reviews when it comes to selling the Z10, I have to say that my experience at an AT&T store in the Chicago area was positive. The sales rep was actually using a Z10 himself and he was really loving it. He showed me everything it could do and said that he was not the only sales rep impressed with it. Personally, I love the Z10 and I'm certain that it'll get better as time goes on. I just wish they had a good call blocking app right now.

    Had a very good experience at Best Buy (Port Charlotte FL). The gent that helped me was very knowledgeable and positive on the Z10. He too was the store's BB expert, and had the phone so he could get used to it prior to sales began. This made all the difference.

    It is going to be hit and miss no matter where you go... with so many outlets and human nature being what it is... you are going to have varying experiences... In the end it will be total sales that tell the true picture of success....

    I'm all for seeding or giving out devices, there needs to be structure. The sales staff that lean towards BlackBerry and do something to prove it. Not the ones that will just take a device for the sake of it.

    In general I think it's very clear from comments above wherever sales guy had been using Z10 it has been a very good experience. BlackBerry should seriously look at expanding this.
