    I'm on Verizon with a Q10 and Z30. Hopefully the officially 10.2.1 will rollout Feb 4th and Feb 10 respectively, if not sooner. So for those of you who have updated with other carriers and or phones, which is a better, faster, smoother way to go...do it OTA with WiFi or use BlackBerry Link?

    I have three Z10's in the family. Two in Ohio and mine in Louisiana. The Ohio Z10's updated the day after it was posted here OTA. I had to plug into link and update from there a couple days later. Oh all Verizon phones. So it seems hit or miss on Verizon.

    Thanks, any noticeable speed difference in download/install for OTA vs Link?

    Only speed issue will be download size. Unfortunately for your question all three where already on the leaked version. So all were 9mb. In that case no. All was fast.

    From experience with Internet and downloads I can say it is always faster to download via computer over cellular.

    Thanks! Yikes...my Q10 and Z30 are both on whatever official version is out so they will be large files!
