I have a Jawbone2, Plantronics 510 and 925. The Jawbone2 is the best of the bluetooth headsets I have for outgoing sound quality, the 510 is best for incoming sound quality (and very, very good for outgoing), and the 925 is a good toy. Okay, the 925 is good, but not great.

I think in a Jeep your best bet for a BT headset (if it fits you well) would be a Jawbone2, but you will have some trouble with wind.

The hands down best headset for outgoing and incoming audio that I have found to not be affected by ambient noise OR wind is the Shure QuietSpot boom headset with the foam bubble installed over the mic, but it is a wired headset. I still use mine, and just recently bought the 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter so I could use it with my BB. I love that darned thing.

If only Shure made a BT QuietSpot with a boom I'd be in heaven.
