Just this morning I had VZW change my plan from a BES to a BIS (a year of being overcharged, and it took this forum to tell me. Sheesh.) Since that happened I can't log on to the 'net. Anyone know if I need to change anything in my settings? I did a battery pull; they sent service books. ....
