My company is switching to BES in order to have a more real time sync with our Exchange server.
My question is: Would moving from BIS to BES limit the BB users from setting additional personal email accounts on their devices (in the BIS mode)?

NOPE not at all! can have 1 BES, 1 BB hosted, and 10 POP3/IMAP4 emails on 1 BB device
