Ok so I have had a few questions about bebuzz and from what I'm seeing is that they NEVER respond to questions from "paying" customers.
I have gotten 3 emails saying that my ticket is being closed.
I have seen this in their reviews on the app world.
Today I put in a request for a refund because I will NOT use an app that I have paid for and get NO HELP.
I have also called BlackBerry and made a complaint
This is not a free app, we deserve customer service. Don't we?
Below are a few links 1 is a refund request and 2 is BlackBerry complaint number
I have also emailed bellshare telling them about this post that I have started.
I Would like for everyone that is having issues with bellshare bebuzz and their customer service to contact BlackBerry and put in a request for a refund. we should not have to pay for something if they are not willing to answer our questions when we need help.

I have questions regarding bebuzz and since I can't get help I simply would like my money back.
Customer service is EVERTHING and from what I have seen on the reviews on Hub++ they have EXCELLENT customer service. Get your refund and put your money into an app that the developers care about and not just an app thats looking for $$$
I work in retail and to me Customer Service is a major part of selling.
    To get your refund https://consumersupport.webapps.blac...rce/main?ln=en
    To file a complaint 1877 552 5532
BlackBerry takes pride in their apps so we should make BlackBerry aware of this customer service issue.

Hub ++ is the only way to go. I downloaded both apps and Hub ++ is by far a better product, looks better, is more customizable, easy to use and also has much better customer support.

    Hub ++ is the best!

+1 for Hub++, they came to BB10 first, their support is miles miles better.

I was a heavy Bellshare user on legacy OS.
But their support is so poor Hub++ is a breath of fresh air.
    Devcellent all the way.

So BlackBerry has gotten back to me and they issued my refund within 5 mins. I suggest anyone who has my issue to contact BlackBerry. Don't give your money away, fight for it

This is great to know. As soon as the headless apps are enabled. I'll be spending some cash.

I've had the same problem with Bellshare with BBOS a while back. Would never use their products again.
