BeBuzz and Customer Support
Ok so I have had a few questions about bebuzz and from what I'm seeing is that they NEVER respond to questions from "paying" customers.
I have gotten 3 emails saying that my ticket is being closed.
I have seen this in their reviews on the app world.
Today I put in a request for a refund because I will NOT use an app that I have paid for and get NO HELP.
I have also called BlackBerry and made a complaint
This is not a free app, we deserve customer service. Don't we?

I have also emailed bellshare telling them about this post that I have started.
I Would like for everyone that is having issues with bellshare bebuzz and their customer service to contact BlackBerry and put in a request for a refund. we should not have to pay for something if they are not willing to answer our questions when we need help.
I have questions regarding bebuzz and since I can't get help I simply would like my money back.
Customer service is EVERTHING and from what I have seen on the reviews on Hub++ they have EXCELLENT customer service. Get your refund and put your money into an app that the developers care about and not just an app thats looking for $$$
I work in retail and to me Customer Service is a major part of selling.
