I want to start fresh hopefully tomorrow when the official 10.2.1 launches, what would be the best way to do this?

Like you want to wipe all the data from your device?
If that's the case, I would do a back up first using link so at least you can do a partial restore (like app data/contacts) if you don't want everything.
With that said, a security wipe will wipe everything off your phone. This is in settings>security and privacy>security wipe.

Please be sure you actually want everything wiped off your phone before you do this and I highly recommend you back up your device via BlackBerry link first.

Edit: a security wipe can take over an hour so be patient if you do it. Leave your phone along and it will shut off by itself once complete.

Yeah it's probably unnecessary but after months of updates from the OS and hundreds of apps I think everything will run better with a clean install
