Hello, help me BBSAK can't detection my device, what's wrong? Anyone help me please?

It's a simple PIN status on my BBSAK disconnect , can't connect because not found my device. So,sorry my english language not clear..

Did you just install BBSAK, if yes, did you reboot?
My phone was only detected after reboot.

Not only reboot but make sure the BBSAK is fully opened and yes it will say device not detected do you want to continue anyway, Say yes and the connect your BB.

The other way after the reboot of your computer to make it clear is hook up your BB first and then open BBSAK and your device will be detected.

Just to make sure because I had made this error as well, make sure Desktop Manger is installed.

I noticed if you run desktop manager first then after you run BBSAK it seems to work smoother, either that or i have had to remove the driver and reinstall it and it worked, had this problem last night when i tried to wipe my phone and install a new OS

my bb can't connect to BBSAK. 9000/5.0.0.1036. i upgraded just now.
but my wife's bb can. 9000/5.0.0.681.
both, no prob with DM6.

same problem even using BBSAK 1.7 or 1.9.11

is this firmware things? the new firmware block the bbsak????
any other experience?
