I am looking at that tool belt and can't help but question if the bezel is too small between the trackpad (like on the Q10) and possible swipe gesture. Still a very good looking device though.

Those sharp corners on the Passport are wretched. Painful and really hard on pockets. Really wonder about the usability of the split(?) keyboard. Suggests very different muscle memory there which will make it hard to switch between phones. Interesting overall look otherwise.

That BlackBerry classic looks even better than I was I imagining/hoping it would. If I buy another BlackBerry, that will be it!

The corners look like the Z3 which are rounded off in its width.

It might be an optical illusion since we don't know the scale, but it looks like the track pad and tool belt are much shorter than the one on the Bold 99. I wonder if that will make using those buttons more difficult. I guess not having a curved keyboard leaves less room for the track pad.

The call button isn't doubled on the real Classic. Are you talking about the on-screen icon above the call button in the pic on this post? If so, that is actually a shortcut to the Hub on the real thing.

Hopefully, that means the Classic won't feature as many gestures as other BB10 devices do. With all of those buttons between the screen and keyboard, gestures would be pretty redundant.

I'm sure they'll let people use gestures if they wish on the classic.

Fiscal 15 year is March 14 to Feb '15, so Z3 was a fiscal 15 phone.

Not nearly enough softening, based on that photo of the Passport in Chen's hand. That really was a bad choice.

I love the passport and the classic. cant decide which one to go for... for the moment I am all sold on the full touch devices. I hope one comes out soon. But if not then my next upgrade is probably going to be the classic. Will wait for the demo's to come out from CB...
