I am a new bbpearl user, and I don't know what I did to change it. I already gone to message>options> general options>sms and email>combined. It is not working. What am I doing wrong? Please someone help?
Check your free memory. If it's less than 12 000 000 bytes, SMS messages may be deleted before they ever reach your inbox. Options / Status / File Free will tell you how much you have. Find a link to Reed McLay's Memory Optimization Procedure to free up memory.
