    I bought a used AT&T Q10 to play around with. One issue is I cannot open BBM. It shows in the Hub but there are no entries. It is loaded with 10.2.1.176. Any suggestions?

    Try to delete BBM with playbook manager extension and then download again in BB world.
    Had same issue and this helped me.

    Or you can load new BBM bar via Sachesi.
