I updated my q10 to the official 10.2.0.424 and it has been running ok, but since Monday when I try to open bbm sometimes it just closes straight away and I have to wait maybe 15 or 20 seconds to try opening it again...
anyone know whats going on there??

Sounds like bad luck on your end man. I'm running the leaked 10.2.1797 on my T-MOBILE Q10, and it's been running like a champ with ZERO issues.

or you can sideload bbm bar file

Also no issues running Z10STL100-2/10.2.1.575. As has been said - try installing BBM bar from another build or download the Channels version from the Beta Zone

My BBM is crazy at least once a day since the free app giveaway at Christmas. It's driving me crazy as my Q10 is also not seeing my media card correctly as well. Any quick fix other day than os re-load?

Goto BlackBerry World and make sure you have the latest BBM. 2 people I know had the same issue. Neither had the latest BBM after the OS update. All their issues were solved. On a funny note I asked the if they didn't see a notification on the BBM update. They both said they ignore those notifications. All I have to say is "unreal". Lol
