    My BBM doesn't work. In hub my contacts that I have been communicating with are visible but I cannot write to them and they cannot write to me. I can't delete our conversation. When I go to BBM icon it has no active account. It's like I have to start all over but when I try

    I've not got BB10, sadly. But It might be something to do with registering an account. I'm not sure.

    I find that sometimes the bb connection drops.

    try turning off your mobile connection and connect agakn.
