Help please: this problem has started to happen over the past week. Background:

Bold 9900 (owned for around 18 months.... Waiting for the Q10), OS bundle 2061 (latest build available on T-Mobile uk), bbm version - I'm a longtime berry user (since 2006 I think) and have regularly had a few hundred BBM contacts, always organised into categories.

The issue appears to be with recently-added contacts who appear in 'contacts' then i move them into a category... These are the ones that move back on their own.

Does anyone have any useful suggestions please

bit upset noone replied, as you guys are normally amazing.

Anyway, this morning, upgrade to BBM version appeared in my app world, duly downloaded, and the fault mentioned above hasn't yet recurred.

Have you heard anything from BlackBerry on this issue yet ?? We should try to unify our request, I have a feeling that it's being diluted throughout the many forums. The missing "categories" field in OS10 is becoming more and more frustrating.... Thank god that my MS Outlook still uses them, however I've noticed that every time I access or edit a contact on my Z10, it pulls the contact out from its respective category in Outlook.
