I wonder what the issue was. I am on Verizon and had absolutely no issues, but my friend with a Z10 on T(rash)-Mobile was having the issues you guys were having. I thought it might have been a carrier issue but I guess not.

Just let it go guys and use WhatsApp or another messenger that works within these platforms. Or try using sms/texting. **takes cover before being pelted with snowballs**

That is unfortunate. I have been trying to convince my wife to use BBM on her iPhone. I hope that she does get wind of this. It would make convincing her more difficult.

It must have been a temporary glitch. Although I only BBM'd people on BlackBerry phones yesterday (with no issue), today I am in a group chat with an iPhone and a Galaxy and we are not having any problems. All of us are on Verizon.

All working now, I understand they were maintaining in preparation for various updates slated to roll out this week.

No issue today with two iPhone contacts, and one is in New Zealand FWIW.

Everytime i try to message a BBM contact on iPhone or droid, i get a red x. The weird part is I can get their messages that they send to me though.

Anyone else?

Had the same issue yesterday. The way I resolved it, was deleting the contact and re-adding them. Unfortunately there was no other way

I was having the same problem as everyone yesterday.. messages are working fine as of approximately 11pm PST, but now pictures are not working when trying to send to iPhones

Try a reboot. That should solve the problem.

That thread was from January. I'm pretty sure that the issues that that the people were having back then we're solved with the latest upgrade.
