Hey folks!!
I am from INDIA and the bbm here is not working since half an hour... I have been trying to send bbm to one of my friends who uses BlackBerry Torch, and another one on iPhone ,both don't get my messages.

Is it only me or anyone else????

Strangely today there is no BlackBerry symbol on the right corner besides wifi bar?, And I still get to use the Internet. With the data connection off.

Since bb10 there's no bis, so it probably means that it's a carrier issue (the lack of BlackBerry symbol). Do a restart, see if it picks up the signal.

I am not on a carrier data network(data connection off) , as I told I am on wifi and always have had the BlackBerry symbol with wifi network too.... my problem is with the bbm , though the Internet works good.

Try switching wifi off, then on again.

Or, as mentioned above try a restart.

If those don't solve it, then it may very well be down.

Try Registering your BlackBerry Settings>About>Category:Network>click on more>Register BlackBerry

Nothing wrong with Bbm in India. Something wrong with your internet.
Unless the BlackBerry logo comes on next to wifi symbol, your phone does not have access to the Internet
