I don't have that issue, however try emailing your conversations .to save it And then delete the conv.on the app see if that solves the issue, try thereafter not to leave long conversations there. In order to save them just email, the option is on the right sided menu that pops out when you touch the three dots at bottom of the app

The problem is that the option does not work (if I tap nothing happens)and if I try just to "share" the bbm conversation it does share only a small part of it. Not the whole conversation :-(

That's very odd, try deleting and reinstalling the application.

Another way to save the conversation would be to hold down the conversation it will allow for the copying feature to pop out at the right side copy there and paste the conversation in docs to go it's a little tedious but you can then delete the app and reload it. Good luck! Cheers!

Yes if you really need to save the conversation take screen shots and save them as photos, then do a delete and reload.

I've deleted and started a new conversation after spending some time in making a backup of just useful info into the conversation;-) Same issue

Sorry thought that you were on another platform, It can't be done on BlackBerry, however try deleting the contacts and re inviting that may help or do a wipe and reload.

What version do you have?
I used to have this problem, after updating bbm, no problem.

Make sure you are on the latest version of BBM.

I havent encountered any problems lately but I can imagine some BBM 2.0 server side maintenance is going on.

My BBM version is the same as yours :-( Dunno if it is suitable to try the new bbm beta (how to get it?).. Maybe it can fix that annoying problem? Thx all
