I just updated BBM and I can't get back in. I'm on a Q10 running Q10SQN100-4/10.1.0.4828. And I get the following:

Why don't you wait and see. OS has nothing to do with it and I've seen this before and waited a bit and when I went back it worked fine. If not just re-install.

OS as a lot to do with app compatibility. BBM channels is probably released for 10.2 + in mind.

Because I'll gladly pirate Android apps but not BlackBerry OSs!

But I actually downgraded to stock because of MMS and bluetooth issues.

I'm on 10.1 which is my latest official version. The BBM upgrade was available to me through BlackBerry World. Please refrain from OS upgrade discussions so this thread can stay on topic.

Battery pull, security wipe, reload the os, and maybe load up Link just in case.

Edith 2: oh wait, it seems like my bbm hub conversations are not working. You have to launch bbm from the Icon from the homescreen for it to work.

Try plugging into your pc and running the key loader exe file from the beta zone.
