Hi guys,

Would anyone be able help me. I am trying to get support for bbm channels. I have tried via Twitter @blackberryhelp. At first they had no idea what I was talking about (paid feature) then after creating a new discussion with them they advised me to go to my carrier for help. I can't understand why when it's a BlackBerry matter and has nothing to do with who I am with. I have messaged them again and now all they do is ignore me.

I have been trying for months to get in contact with them and filled in the form on bbm support page at least 8 times and no response.

What type of support are you looking for specifically?

BBM Channels is a blog in a sense, not much going on in the way of support there.

On this page there is a paid feature option. If u click on the link for account rep you get an error. "Not found"
