I have a user that has an BB20 with GPS - they can get the written directions by they want it to talk to them. Can anyone tell me how to make this happen, is there a download (free) that I can get that will work?

what are they using ? .. free satnav softweare i used was nav4all ... its basic but it does the job
There are a lot of talking directional devices out there. I have used Garmin and nav4all and there are many of them out there. Search this site and you could also go to mobile.balackberry.com for a listing.
