Wondering if anyone has had similar prob and can advise?

CLK 2000 (2009) with bluetooth cradle
Blackberry 8310

Pairing was fine.
I can see all names and phones nos on the cmd and steering wheel.

However, when someone phones me it is not picking up the names and only the displays the phone nos, very frustrating.

I've tried re-arranging the nos on the Blackberry all to no avail. Has anyone had similar issues and could advise on ideas to fix.
