So, if RIM made upgrading to BB10 or switching from other devices simple, painless and less expensive, all BB 10 needs to be is good... Not revolutionary. It is a business challenge, not a technology challenge.
I don't think it's enough, but, yeah, RIM should make it as easy as conceivably possible for existing Blackberry users to upgrade to a BB10 device. That means discounts for existing BB users, ease of transferring data to new devices, and possibly other giveaways (free cases, accessories, etc.).
