Im having my doubts about this.

First - there is a phone icon in the bottom left corner
Second - Data symbol in the top right corner

If it's real, then it's a private developer release.

    Or, just use magic.

or, a screenshot of the dev phone shown on a playbook.
But, I'm hoping this is real.

Ya, it would be quite easy to fake it that way.

Real or fake doesn't matter... we know in time BB10 is coming to Playbook anyways.

The phone icon appears to be greyed out, as in not active. And, it could be the 4G PB.

Who knows, I'm just posting what I saw haha

That seems VERY plausible, and very easy to do.

I am wondering if its not just a doctored image from the many BB10 screenshots onto a PlayBook. I saw the conversation between @BlackBerryScoop and the other user @MrMartis who is supposedly a dev, but not sure as his linkedin doesnt list any dev details unless he is an intern there Ashley Martis | LinkedIn

Fake. BB10 on the Playbook likely won't be using the phone's homescreen UI.

wasn't there a way to port the dev alpha OS over to the playbook? I thought I saw something on that a little while ago.

Can't be real, been using my playbook in landscape for over a year, not interested in using my playbook in portrait mode. Playbook is designed to bu used in landscape mode.

Obviously this is a half-assed attempt, I did this in 3 seconds and didn't even bother to shop out the BGR logo.. but just to show how easily this can be faked..

Show me one in landscape mode the way the playbook is actually used and I might believe it..

So you're trying to make us believe the BlackBerry PlayBook shown in portrait orientation displaying a 'landscape layout' of the Google homepage tilted onto its side is proof that the other images in this thread are not fake You'd be slaughtered in the law courts and even the unruly mobs in the days of the witch hunts. You give trolls a bad name. LOL

The image clearly has the tablet oriented in portrait layout. If someone is displaying an image meant to demonstrate landscape layout orient the image accordingly. Would you browse a car manufacturer's website if the pictures of the cars and trucks were all rotated 90 degrees so it looked as though the car or truck was doing a handstand? Of course not. That is how I interpreted the image in the message tom which I originally replied. Your not so subtle comment on my intelligence approaches a personal attack - please refrain from such references and for the mutual benefit of all forum members, please delete the posting and I will delete this one afterwards. Okay?

MIKEO007 clearly made this in satire to BlackBerry scoop. MIKEO007 knows it's fake, he took the picture.

He's referring directly to the text field of the Google search bar that even says "BlackBerry Scoop is a sham". The whole point of the picture is to show the obscurity of a landscape image with a PB in portrait orientation, along with bashing on BBScoop.

In other words, the portrait-landscape PB was a joke and we all knew it except you.
