    Hey guys,
    Not sure if this was discussed before, but has rim mentioned if bb10 os updates are going to be handled and deployed by rim or by the service providers?

    No link, but the updates, like the Playbook, will not need carrier certificate as the radio stack is not built in the OS.

    Carriers will have to test them and make sure "it meets their standards" before pushing them out.
