Lately I've been seeing a lot of people calling BlackBerry 10 operating system "BBOS10". I've always refered to it as BB10 OS because I've always thought of it as an evolutionary change in technology for BlackBerry. To me seeing people call it BBOS10 just says that the OS has changed but little has the hardware meaning there's still a trackball/pad and back button. Plus there's still BIS. I mean why call it BBOS10 when there's no BBOS8 or 9? I always like referring to the OS as BB10 OS. Maybe it's just me but calling it BBOS10 makes it feel as if it were still in the legacy stages where there's hardly any changes.

I generally call it BB10 but at the end of the day it really makes no difference. Most people know that whether it is described as BB10 or BBOS 10 they are talking about both the operating system and the devices that it works with.
