When you get a replacement phone covered through Blackberry's manufacturer warranty, do they send out new or refurbished replacements???

Almost always a refurb but this is nothing to worry about.

All refurbs are factory serviced and the housings are brand new.
Sit a refurb next to a new in box unit and you'll not be able to
tell which is which.

I've gotten 2 replacements for 2 different devices and couldn't tell the difference.

My brother got his as a refurb... But when he got the phone it was basically just brand new parts stuck in it cleaned and packaged just like the original one. There is nothing to worry about
