I am having an issue with my BB turning off sometimes for no reason. It usually happens in the holster but it also happens sometimes when it is just sitting out. Anything i can do?

yeah i think so. I cant get calls or messages and it is pissing me off!

you will still get calls and such when it's in sleep mode.....

now if your saying you device is off. are you saying that the screen and everything is off.....

do you have auto off and on turned on....?

I am thinking it is off... i have to press the power button to turn back on and then the sprint start up screen comes up, but it almost turns back on instantly so i dont think it is completely off exactly. It doesnt do it a lot really, once every other day or so, but i have no way of telling when it happens except i look at my phone and it is not on. and i cant get calls so im guessing its not in sleep mode either.

yeah sounds like it's powered down. hmmm. weird since your not pushing the button, unless you have to turn it back on....

maybe software issue.... what version you running?

how old is the device?

install any apps recently that may cause this to happen.?
