I had to run up to the Cell South today my battery was drainining fast today 12 texts 5 emails and one 2 minute phone call and it was red pulled off the charger at 9AM dying by 2:30PM I was inline the guy in front of me was having a simular problem with his razor the sells rep swapped out batteries put his old one in a box behind his station he asked me what was up I told him what my berry was doin and he just slipped me a battery said it may need chargin so keep my old one to get me home come back if that don't fix it and he'll swap phones.
I know they appriciate us Berry users cause we pay more per month but I waould of let him have the old one.
Anyway I didn't know these things would boot up by their self when the battery is put in mine never did it turn white the red light flashed then it turned off I had to turn it on by the power switch but this new battery powered up and come on by itself so I guess the battery has been defective since I got the phone.
That situation really depends on the person behind the counter not the stores in general..
I have had smart phones for a while and it stays the same sometimes the reps are nice sometimes there not.. and things like not taken your battery is kind of a policy thing I would assume if there policy would state that they keep the battery then he might have gotten in trouble for what he did.
Well all I gotta say is I glad he did it I needed the new battery after all and now I got a bad junkie battery if anything happens to this BB and I have to trade it for another they will get the bad battery too then I will haved a spare lol
