What can I do? I get this message whenever I click on my MUSIC or PICTURES folder in my media. ''ErrorStarting net_rim_bb_file_explorer: Module 'net_rim_bb_docview' not found''
Pls help. It is very frustrating! And now I also cannot find my bbm icon and my yahoo messenger icon too. What's going on?
Have you loaded any new apps prier to this happening?
The only time I've ever seen this is when an app is loaded onto a phone it is not compatible with.
If you are getting all these errors I would suggest reloading you OS.
What version are you running? What model phone do you have?
Before all else always try a battery pull. Sometimes that removes the gremlins. Then look at recent apps. And last a new OS install. Good luck.
