As soon as the Key 2 comes out i wil purchase one. But how do i get the properties from my Passport to my new Phone since the e=desktop software doesn't see the Passport anymore?
Anyone familiar with this problem?

Depending on what exactly you want to transfer, there are better methods for each.

It's a personal preference, but I always like to start as fresh as I can with a new device. I'll transfer my contacts (saved to my Google account) and text messages (sms backup & restore) and then just re-sync all of my email accounts/calendars manually.
