My wifes bold stopped charging this evening. She tried her regular charger, and also her car charger. Neither one is charging the phone. Is it possible the battery is to blame? Any advice would be welcomed.
If she's tried two different chargers, and the battery is a year old, it's very likely the battery is simply used up and can no longer hold a charge. If a new battery doesn't solve the problem, you may have a problem internal to your device. That's more expensive to solve, so try a new battery first.
