I never got a thumb injury, but I use my BB in bed alot and my wrist got really sore from the way I held it while laying down. A small price to pay. LOL!!

Lolol ok only one time did my trackball give me a pain but that was bc I colored my LED and put a piece of tape that was 2 big, but now all is normal again!
