Anyone ever experienced your BBM deleting a huge chunk of contacts in your contact list and removing all of your custom groups? It just did it out of the blue today...it seems to left some people's info behind but it completely disorganized or deleted my peeps. WTF

yeah I'm all for the priest option. of course that could be the answer to alot of my problems, if only I'd go.

Issue is resolved...and it's way beyond a battery pull, lmao

I'm on a BES for this particular phone. Somehow during a synch, I ended up with duplicate desktop service books. They were constantly conflicting each other....weird stuff... We were messing with our phones in class yesterday for a lab and I think thats where things got wonky.
