    ok when adding in a new person do i put there pin number in the email spot? ive tried and it doesnt seem like its working

    easiest way to add a person is to probably create an address entry for that person and add their pin into where it says PIN: then type that person's name when you select add contact.

    What OS are you using?
    Usally when you put pin it has an option for email & pin. And lets you select it.

    Or the easiest way would be add contact/hightlight use once/ add pin
