When my phone is set to normal it rings when someone calls and if I receive an email or text I have another tone for that. However when I receive a message on bb messenger than my phone neither vibrates or emits any sound. I have searched and can not find a way to set up a tone for bb messenger. Is there something I'm missing?
Profiles, scroll to Advanced, highlight the profile you want to edit, Menu, Edit, scroll to Messenger, Select either Alerts (for when you have set a contact to alert you when they become available) or New Message - select the options you want, save and exit.
Thank you both for the quick response. I would have never figured that out by myself. I see that the default setting is "vibrate in holster" but my phone is never in my holster so your help is much appreciated.
