I think they all fit the bill for corporate business. Just that little "BlackBerry" at the top of the device lets everyone know you mean business.

As far as personal.. go to the carrier of your choice and play with the models they sell. Word of advice, I wouldn't get any curve unless it's the latest 8900 since it appears application memory is going to be a factor with the new 5.0 OS coming out.
