bb device switch

hey guys i have a bb torch and i just did the device switch on the blackberry manager, now that its complete i had everything erased from my old device, i just checked and everything was transferred except my main folder of pictures ! why was this the only thing not transferred and is there any way i can see if it was saved on the desktop manager and just not on the phone itself ? please helpp

That was my first thought as well. Don't forget to switch the memory card from the old phone to the new one.

i put the memory card in to , i guess i didnt save those files on the memory card and they were deleted from the device
