I have a new Dell Studio 1737, I loaded the BB Desktop Manger software and was able to pair the BB to the laptop via Bluetooth. My hard drive crashed, thus losing everything. I got a new HD and loaded the BB Desktop software. NOW, I can't seem to ADD my phone into the 'Configure Bluetooth' section of the BB Desktop Manager. I go to 'Add' and I get an error'Verify that the bluetooth enabled device is configured for use....'. My phone does in fact see my laptop and asks for the passkey (I had set this up the first time around, this in fact could be the problem)?
I'm running BB Desktop Manager 4.5, Vista 32 bit SP2.
