    Just to say Kudos to Bb, who fixed my Playbook's USB port with minimal fuss and bother. You do have to spend some time with their pleasant phone support staff. who want to rule out that the problem is on your end. But then they handle it fast and with no fuss.

    I had issues two times with my PlayBook and they replaced everything for free even if I was out of warranty.

    BlackBerry customer service is top notch. Seriously. Actually ring them and they are great. I have one of their engineers on my BBM thanks to a call.
