    Not sure if I'm posting in the right thread but here goes:

    I got the new bold on Feb 25 and purchased the PEP plan a week later. My phone had been freezing and I just didn't want to risk not having any sort of coverage for the next 3 years.

    Day after getting the pep plan I went into future shop with the understanding if there is an issue w my phone and they can't fix it, it would be replaced on the spot with a new phone. Afterr being there for almost 2 hours arguing with them I finally walked out with a new phone in hand. It was a grueling visit and now I'm having issues with this one. Buttons are squeaky as ever and its double typed here and there - yet I'm a little hesitant to even try to get a new one after what I went through with future shop.

    Anyone have experience w the pep plan, or getting a phone exchanged at a future shop/best buy due to squeaky buttons? I'm a 28 year old professional woman and they made me feel like I'm some damn hobo thief and I'm pretty scared to even go back. Lol.
