If you are travelling internationally you'll love BBM. I use it all the time. It is cheap and fast. You'll need to have others on Blackberry, however. A great way to communicate to the office. BBM is expanding with the new BB10 to as I understand it to incorporate video calling as well.

Why do you opt for the 9900 over an iphone for instance? I was in a store the other day and they joked about how long RIM would last.
