I cannot seem to get this application onto my Sprint Curve 8330. I downloaded the trial from Softpedia, and unzipped the file onto my desktop. I connected my Blackberry, opened the Application Loader, selected "add", selected the bb alerts file (titled BlackBerryAlerts.alx), and when I try and open it, it tells me "No additional applications designed for your device were found". So I closed everything, re-downloaded it (From Handango), opened the app loader back up, and it tells me that I have BB Alerts on my phone..? Of course, I don't, so I try and add the application again, and it gives me the same error message. I also did the entire process for a third time immediately following a battery pull.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you!

Go to Handango on your device and choose the OTA download option and then install it..

I did not know there was an OTA option O.o. I will go check that out..haha..

But will it work since I already downloaded it once?

Dont see why not, the free trial is set to your PIN.

Well I'm wondering because you have to sign in to download things, and they ask for your PIN in the information when you sign up. I dunno, I'll update as soon as I get it going. Attempting now.

EDIT: Yeah, it didn't work. It directed me to a page showing me a list of trials I downloaded (which included bb alerts), and it says to consider purchasing it
