I have a bold 9000 and I want to get the 9700 and I would except for I listen to a lot of music and the new bld has an abnormal headphone jack (I think its 2.5mm) so normal headphones wouldn't fit in it

Yea, it is a pretty sleek video, the broders around the phone look kinda cheap and crappy though, it takes away from the awesome look that it already has.

adapters are available very cheaply on ebay ;)
It's a 3.5mm headphone jack.
So no reason not to get the new Bold.

I sure hope it is 3.5mm!! I do not see why they would go back to the 2.5mm for the newest flagship Blackberry. I love my Bold 9000 and have interest in the 9700 as long as it matches my 9000 and the trackpad is easy to use.
I searched the Blackberry.com and the specs do not show what size it is, but searching google and sites suggest it is 3.5mm.
Don't think I helped that part but the commercial turned me on :)~ Sad I know

According to the BB website (where you will also find the 9700 commercial) the phone will have both the 2.5 as well as the 3.5 jack :)
